		<description>Ah, Belize. :) I&#039;ve been missing it the last few days.  It was Garifuna Settlement Day, when the Garifuna (and most Belizeans) celebrate putting down their roots. i wrote about it a couple days ago, and how I&#039;d love to put down my roots, somewhere. 

I don&#039;t need to take the test!  I&#039;ve been an expat for the last 2 years (Canada, France, Germany), and once for a year in Belize, too. It&#039;s a great life, if you can manage it.  We are WWOOFers, or we&#039;d never make it.</description>
